Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for part-time weekend coverage at our WorldMark locations in Gleneden Beach and Depoe Bay.

You’ll perform general facility maintenance, address make-ready tasks, and ensure each unit and building remains in top working order to deliver quality guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring basic handyman skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed
• Basic handyman skills such as painting, carpentry, and general repairs

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry)
• Make-ready unit maintenance as directed and inspect building systems for deficiencies
• Clean and maintain exterior landscapes and common areas
• Adhere to safety programs and report issues to supervisor
