The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our HOA Maintenance Team. The role covers daily maintenance of hotel utilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems across the Lodge property.

We require 2+ years in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities within Averill Hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on hotel utilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents or property management.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or inspections.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, inventory, and work orders.
