Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a premier AAA Four Diamond resort in Montana, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our HOA Maintenance Team. This full-time, year-round position offers $27-$30 per hour DOE and opportunities to work across property utilities.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, coordinate with contractors, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on hotel utilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevators.
• Respond to work orders promptly and manage time/resources effectively.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and inventory.
