Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a friendly Houseperson to join our housekeeping team in Whitefish, Montana. The role focuses on keeping all public spaces tidy, assisting with in-room amenity delivery, and ensuring a high level of hospitality for guests.

Ideal candidates will operate housekeeping equipment safely, work well in a team, and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies. Full-time year-round employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation policies.
• Flexible, positive team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and back of house areas.
• Maintain inventory and use housekeeping carts.
• Empty trash and remove soiled linens.
• Deliver amenities to rooms via radio and front office requests.
• Report maintenance issues to Front Office for work orders.
• Clean the Spa each evening after closure.
• Assist with Daily Housekeeping Service for in-house guests.
• Follow departmental policies and safety procedures.
• Assist other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
