Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Resort) in Walton, KY. The role covers painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing/electrical work, and landscaping, with a focus on safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building or property maintenance preferred.
• CMRP certification desired.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality; inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
• Keep grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed
• Mowing, weed eating and hedge trimming (also includes performing preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment)
