Job summary

Flagship Communities in Kentucky is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our manufactured home communities. You will perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work and landscaping, and you will work autonomously while following health and safety standards to deliver high quality services to residents.

The ideal candidate has property or building maintenance experience, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, and the ability to operate tools safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in building maintenance preferred.
• CMRP certification is desirable.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Pest control tasks such as spraying insecticide.
• General upkeep and other assigned tasks.
• Groundskeeping and landscaping maintenance.
• Assist in budget preparation and follow it.
• Mow, edge, and trim hedges; maintain equipment.
