Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience required; 3+ years in RV resorts, campgrounds, hospitality, hotels, or vacation rentals preferred.
• Preferred certifications include EPA Universal, OSHA 10, and related trades.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and customer-service mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on tiny homes, RV sites, campground facilities, and utilities.
• Inspect accommodations and buildings to identify maintenance concerns before they impact operations.
• Complete guest service requests and maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support renovation, installation, and improvement projects throughout the resort.
• Maintain resort amenities and grounds, including pools, clubhouses, and landscaping.
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE; assist with storm preparation and emergency response.
