Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center at Fort Myers Beach. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, daily upkeep of facilities, and responsive maintenance calls to keep guest areas inviting.

You will read work orders, use basic tools, and coordinate with management to address issues while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and moving furniture.
• Completes maintenance calls and keeps Sales Center and Welcome Center in good condition.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests as needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
