Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance and assist guests to ensure a positive guest experience across resort locations.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and reading work orders to complete tasks. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implements preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Handles painting, plumbing, electrical work and basic repairs.
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies management of issues.
• Assists guests as needed and supports other duties as requested.

• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
