Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventative maintenance, handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, and furniture movement, and ensure spaces remain inviting and safe for guests.

Role requires reading work orders, using basic tools, and maintaining daily upkeep. You will respond to maintenance requests, assist guests, and perform other duties as assigned at resort locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Experience reading construction work orders and using basic tools preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance tasks such as landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance like replacing filters and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance calls and notify management of issues.
• Assist guests and perform other duties as assigned.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome CenterNotifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
