Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventative maintenance, handle basic repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and assist guests as needed.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, coordinating with the manager, and supporting various resort locations. At Capital Vacations we value reliability, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and valid driver's license with clean record
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
• Experience in general resort maintenance and upkeep
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center upkeep and operations
• Implement preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances)
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, landscaping cleanup
• Complete maintenance calls and notify the manager of issues
• Assist guests when needed and perform other duties as assigned

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
