Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our Sales Center and Welcome Center across our resort locations. You will implement preventative maintenance, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and general repairs to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

You should be able to read construction work orders, use basic tools, and notify the manager of issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for facilities.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall tasks.
• Move furniture and handle landscaping cleanup as needed.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify the manager of issues.
• Assist guests when needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
