Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician for Moxy Portland. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining the resort's physical structure and supporting the Maintenance Dept. You will handle painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and preventative care for guest rooms and equipment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma and 3–5 years in general building trades, with preferred trade licenses. The job offers full or part-time hours at an hourly rate of $20–$22.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience in general building trades preferred.
• Licensing in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other maintenance tasks using hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment including HVAC, pools, and kitchen/ laundry gear.
• Respond promptly to alarms and guest needs with professionalism and safety in mind.
