Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in general building trades, preferably with commercial maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to operate vehicles.
• Trades certification preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment.
• Replace air filters and repair equipment as needed.
• Respond to alarms and determine emergency status.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with cross-training and other duties as assigned.
