Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is hiring a dedicated Resort Maintenance Technician 1 to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll support preventive maintenance, troubleshoot repairs, and respond to guest needs with professionalism in a mountain resort environment.

You will embody Westgate’s values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic while maintaining safety and ensuring operations run smoothly for guests and colleagues alike.

Competenze

• 1 year of hands-on trades & maintenance experience in a resort or commercial environment.
• Must regularly lift/move up to 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.

Mansioni

• Execute engineering and maintenance projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep facilities and equipment running.
• Complete basic upkeep tasks like painting, caulking, and wall repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks).
• Reset breakers and GFCIs, replace bulbs, and use basic voltage-testing tools.
