Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for WorldMark Kihei Resort in Kihei, HI.

This full-time role involves performing general facility maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring units and buildings are in top working order to create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, landscaping tasks, and making-ready unit maintenance, with strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Basic handyman skills.
A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
Carry out service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
Repair general fixtures including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outside landscaping and trash removal.
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Follow safety programs.
