Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated at The Ridge Resort Stateline, NV is seeking an entry-level General Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs and services across plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance areas in a resort setting.

The role reports to a supervisor, emphasizes guest communication, adherence to safety, and accurate documentation of work performed; requires a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of maintenance exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience or training.
• 6 months to 1 year building maintenance experience preferred; entry-level with mechanical aptitude.
• Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works in a team environment to complete inspections, repairs, and preparation of guest units.
• Assist the preventative maintenance team in preparing the property for guests.
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of units serviced and work performed.
