Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a General Maintenance Technician I to perform basic services in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance servicing for guest units. You will work as part of a team, identify defects, and address maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

The role supports preventative maintenance and property prep for guest occupancy, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in documentation and work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience or vocational training.
• Six months building maintenance experience or construction preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Works in a team environment to complete inspections, repairs, and preparation of guest units.
• Assist preventative maintenance team in the preparation of the property for guests.
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of units serviced and work performed.
