Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Long Key, Florida resort. The role oversees the maintenance of homes and common areas, supervises staff, and ensures adherence to quality standards.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and on‑call emergency services while assisting in budgeting and capital improvements. A high school diploma and 5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience are required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• Hands‑on maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• Supervisory experience in hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience caring for lawns, trees, shrubs and pools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and operate heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee resort maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff.
• Schedule and delegate work; ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Monitor mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Assist in budget preparation for maintenance projects and capital expenditures.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company standards.
• Attend events and participate in capital improvement monitoring.
