Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking Resort Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across resort facilities. You will repair, inspect, and maintain irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and grounds to keep the property inviting for guests and residents.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, outdoor work in seasonal temperatures, and the ability to use various hand tools and power equipment. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on resort facilities.
• Repair and maintain rental units, facilities and grounds.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, playgrounds, pools, and common areas.
• Ensure resort is clean, presentable, and adheres to curb appeal standards.
• Assist with site setups and guest/resident needs.
