Capital Vacations is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead and supervise our resort maintenance team at Duck, NC. The role focuses on exterior care, upkeep of buildings, waterpark facilities and allied systems, while coordinating with vendors to minimize guest impact.

The ideal candidate has experience in resort maintenance management, strong technical skills in electrical/plumbing, and relevant certifications (CPO, HVAC, OSHA, etc.). A driver’s license and proof of insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in facilities/property management is required.
• CPO or Aquatic Facility Operator certification preferred.
• HVAC, OSHA certifications and hazardous material training are aPlus.
• Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role is valuable.
• 1–2 years in building and facilities maintenance is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance staff, prioritize and review work across maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to minimize guest disruption and ensure safety.
• Supervise pool and related systems maintenance, including electrical, plumbing and chemical balances.
• Perform inspections and enforce safety standards for fire, water, and employee safety.
• Manage inventories, par levels and supplies; assign tasks to teams.
