Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to support resort operations by directing preventive maintenance and maintaining resort quality standards.

You will oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure clean, safe, and functioning units and common areas, and collaborate with front office and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Four years related maintenance experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• CPR certification or in process of attaining.
• Certified Pool Operator designation or in process of obtaining.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure unit and common area cleanliness and upkeep per standards.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to satisfy owners.
• Hire, train, motivate, coach and develop associates with incentives and training.
• Manage financial aspects of the department and payroll duties.
• Direct weekly schedules, assign duties, and supervise vendors/contractors.
