Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Manager at our Newport resort to oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with front desk and vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to sustain exceptional resort conditions.

You will supervise schedules, payroll duties, and performance reviews while maintaining strong vendor relationships and upholding safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Four years related maintenance experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification or in process of attaining.
• Certified Pool Operators designation or in process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Maintenance Department.
• Ensure unit and common area cleanliness and standard maintenance.
• Manage maintenance process with front office and support departments.
• Hire, train, and coach associates; develop incentives and training plans.
• Maintain vendor relationships and third-party contractors.
