Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and waterpark operations across our resort properties. You will plan, supervise, and review custodial and facilities work, coordinating with outside vendors to minimize guest disruption and ensure high standards.

The role demands a valid driver’s license, 1–2 years in building and facilities maintenance, and certifications such as CPO/AFO, HVAC, OSHA. Strong multitasking and inventory management are required.
