Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead for Palmilla Beach Resort Vacation Rentals residences and facilities. You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, coordinate vendor work, and ensure preventive maintenance and work orders meet CoralTree standards for safety and asset protection.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining safe, well-kept facilities that enhance guest experiences and protect owner assets.

Qualifications

• Leadership aptitude; ability to lead a small team
• Experience reading and completing work orders and prioritizing tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate maintenance activities
• Basic knowledge of repairs to plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC systems, appliances, and fixtures
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Represents the company with owners, guests, vendors, and team members with courtesy and professionalism
• Fosters collaboration and teamwork within the maintenance group
• Embraces new ideas and continuous improvement
• Adheres to team guidelines and standards in the Team Member Handbook
• Performs responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Attends meetings and company events as needed
• Works on assignments from the Maintenance Manager or Director of Property Management
