The Management Trust is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to oversee the resort's maintenance operations at Skyline Mountain Resort in Fairview, UT. You will lead both full‑time and part‑time staff, manage schedules, and coordinate renovations while ensuring safety and high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include hands‑on maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, vendor coordination, and enforcing safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the full‑time and part‑time maintenance team, ensuring priorities, safety expectations, and performance standards.
• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules for daily coverage, emergencies, and seasonal demands.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and support to maintenance staff for skill development and efficiency.
• Oversee renovations as Head of Renovations, ensuring quality workmanship, timelines, and safety compliance.
• Perform routine resort maintenance, including grass, landscaping, and irrigation as needed.
• Repair and maintain resort systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and general carpentry tasks.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment and snow removal for resort operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage inventory and parts ordering.
