Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for Skyline Mountain Resort in Fairview, UT. This on-site role oversees maintenance of common areas, coordinates with the General Manager, and ensures safety and quality for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, plumbing, roofing, building equipment, and coordinating HVAC service; involvement in vendor meetings, after-hours requests, and overseeing small projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with accountability to management to ensure results
• Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality customer service
• Background in various types of building maintenance to identify systemic issues
• Prior experience in construction or with a general contractor is a plus
• Prior maintenance experience with commercial or large-scale residential projects

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance - oversee maintenance of common areas and elements
• Regular tasks: ensure light fixtures function, clean fountains, monitor pool equipment, clean exterior furnishings
• Assess paint finishes in common areas and perform touch-ups
• Plumbing - oversee common areas, clear main lines, inspect sump pumps, coordinate water shutoffs
• Repair minor plumbing leaks reported by residents
• Roof Equipment - observe roofs, check exhaust fans, alert roofing company if needed
• Inspect and maintain building equipment, pumps, heaters, and filters
• Coordinate HVAC system shut-offs for building repairs
• Assist with testing service logs for emergency generator
• Meet with vendors to review maintenance needs
• Address homeowner issues in common areas, investigate plumbing needs
• May handle after-hours service requests and obtain approvals for repairs
• Provide project management oversight and assist with RFPs
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
