Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager (Non-Exempt) for Skyline Mountain Resort in Fairview, UT. You will lead housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure cleanliness standards, and coordinate with the Office Manager on supplies and scheduling.

This full-time on-site role requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment. DOE compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team, schedule coverage for daily operations and peak periods.
• Train seasonal and new staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment and address staffing needs.
• Ensure cleanliness of clubhouse, cabins, bathrooms, and public areas to resort standards.
• Monitor supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate purchasing with Office Manager.
