Job summary

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, seeks a Locksmith & Safe Technician to install, service, and secure mechanical and electronic locking systems across the property. You will support preventive maintenance, keep accurate records, and respond to lockout situations to ensure guest safety and smooth operations.

Role requires at least two years of locksmith experience, ability to work weekends/holidays, and familiarity with access control systems and safe maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years locksmith experience required.
• Experience in hospitality, resort, or guest service is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems.
• Diagnose and repair lock malfunctions including padlocks and safes.
• Program and troubleshoot electronic door locks and access control systems.
• Rekey locks and manage master key systems with proper key control.
