Pinehurst is seeking a cook to perform all methods of cookery, portion control, and garnishing of dishes in accordance with Pinehurst standards. You will follow directions from Resort Executive Chef, Managing Chef or Sous Chefs to maintain the highest quality, taste, and production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a full-time position based at Pinehurst.

Qualifikationen

• Ensure production of food in a timely manner.
• Prepare food so that quality, taste and appearance align with Pinehurst standards.
• Control proper usage and rotation of food.
• Maintain walk-in coolers and food storage areas daily.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitary; equipment cleaned before shifts.
