Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support for lodge systems, install and maintain workstations, manage local servers, monitor networks, and ensure backups.

Reporting to IT Manager, the role emphasizes collaboration with on-site staff, adherence to policies, and ongoing training. Candidates should have an associate degree in IT or related field and solid knowledge of O365/Microsoft Office and networking.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field, or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, networking concepts (TCP/IP, SMTP, Ethernet, WAN).
• Proficiency with desktop/mobile operating systems and hardware; audio/visual support experience.
• Background check and drug screen clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for lodge systems and peripherals (workstations, printers, servers).
• Monitor network, backups, and system performance; enforce security standards.
• Install, repair, and maintain computers and related equipment.
• Train staff on systems usage and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and field support.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized work area.
