The Long Bay Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in guiding and coaching housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants. The role may perform routine duties as needed to maintain resort cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping associates to ensure duties are understood and completed.
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms to verify cleanliness and quality standards.
• Communicate guest room status updates to the appropriate team members.
• Record inspection results and submit maintenance work orders as needed.
• Identify and report damages or maintenance concerns to management.
• Maintain inventory and organization of linens, supplies, equipment, and closets.
• Prepare daily room assignments for staff as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties based on business volume and resort needs.
• Clean guest rooms and condominiums, including bathrooms and kitchens, as required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Front Desk to support operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, taking appropriate steps to resolve issues.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Other duties as assigned
