Job summary

Capital Vacations in Myrtle Beach is seeking a results-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest cleaning standards across resort property and unit interiors, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, train staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum two years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma required; strong communication and leadership are

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.
• High energy with a passion for housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Directs and performs all housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement, laundry, and inventory management of housewares.
• Establishes an employee work schedule and plans daily work assignments.
• Trains and coaches employees in laundry and housekeeping.
• Checks equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinates with housekeeping staff and other departments to deliver quality service to Owners and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas and manages supplies and budget.
