Brittain Resorts & Hotels in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in training and coaching associates, ensuring quality standards across the resort. The role may include routine housekeeping duties based on business needs.

You will supervise Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants, perform room inspections, and coordinate with Maintenance and Front Desk to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping associates to ensure duties are understood and completed efficiently.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms to verify cleanliness and quality standards.
• Communicate guest room status updates to the appropriate team members.
• Record inspection results, address deficiencies, and submit maintenance work orders as needed.
• Identify and promptly report damages or maintenance concerns to management.
• Maintain proper inventory and organization of linens, supplies, equipment, and housekeeping closets.
• Prepare daily room or section assignments for Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants.
• Perform housekeeping duties based on business volume and resort needs.
• Clean guest rooms and condominiums as required, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with departments such as Maintenance and Front Desk to support efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, taking appropriate steps to resolve issues.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous service.
