Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping management with daily tasks and organization.
• Handle data entry and maintain logs of housekeeping records and expenses.
• Communicate with management, supervisors, guests on status and requests.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond appropriately.
• Process purchase orders and work orders, and code invoices.
• Log lost and found items and assist with shipping back to guests.
• Perform service call backs to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Work varied shifts as business needs require.
• Other duties as assigned.
