Job summary

The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our elite team.

You will act as a central point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests, and other departments, handling reservations, check-outs, room rushes, and inquiries with professionalism. Bring 6 months of housekeeping experience, strong scheduling and budgeting abilities, and fluent English (bilingual a plus).

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Minimum 6 months housekeeping experience.
• Experience in scheduling and budgeting department according to occupancy.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests, other departments by phone and radio.
• Enter and retrieve information on reservations, check outs, room rushes, lost items, and other inquiries.
• Coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to the housekeeping department.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
