Job summary

The Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National in Opelika, Alabama, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor to advance their leadership career at a 221-room upscale full-service resort.

As a hands-on leader, you will develop people, manage resources, and influence the guest experience across guestrooms and public areas, collaborating with other departments to anticipate guest and group needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in a upscale hotel or resort.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Hands-on leader with high standards and coaching ability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the housekeeping team through coaching and scheduling.
• Maintain exceptional resort standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, payroll, supplies, and priorities.
• Partner with Front Desk, Sales, and other departments to anticipate guest needs.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
