The Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National in Opelika, Alabama, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor to advance their leadership career at a 221-room upscale full-service resort.

As a hands-on leader, you will develop people, manage resources, and influence the guest experience across guestrooms and public areas, collaborating with other departments to anticipate guest and group needs.

The Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Located just outside Auburn in Opelika, Alabama, Grand National is a 221-room, upscale full-service golf resort offering a distinctive resort experience with multiple dining options, indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa, extensive meeting and event space, and access to the renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Grand National.

For a Housekeeping leader, that means much more than maintaining guestrooms. You'll help lead an operation responsible for creating exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout a diverse resort environment serving leisure travelers, golfers, groups, meetings, events, and other resort guests.

As Housekeeping Manager, you'll move beyond supervising daily tasks to helping lead the operation, develop people, manage resources, and influence the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the housekeeping team through hands-on coaching, training, motivation, and clear expectations.
• Maintain exceptional resort standards across guestrooms and public areas through consistent inspections and attention to detail.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, productivity, payroll, supplies, and departmental priorities.
• Partner across the resort with Front Desk, Sales, and other departments to anticipate guest and group needs and resolve concerns.
• Improve performance by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, training, efficiency, and overall execution.

What We're Looking For

• Housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale, full-service hotel or resort.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• A hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards and enjoys coaching and developing people.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
