HHS is seeking a Bench Assistant Director of Housekeeping for Resorts to support contracts in the Stateline, NV area with training and eventual relocation for new business. Starting salary is $60,000 and there is opportunity for growth within the organization.

This role leads a goal-oriented housekeeping team to create a clean, comfortable environment for guests. No housekeeping experience required, just a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Not Required But a Big Plus: Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Not Required But a Big Plus: Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish.
