Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across resort facilities in Minnesota. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, refresh guest rooms, and ensure public areas meet high standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep spaces orderly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and prepare room for cleaning.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms and refresh supplies.
• Restock guest rooms and replenish bath amenities.
• Rotate cleaning tasks and perform periodic deep-clean duties.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks like changing bulbs.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.
• Update room status and return carts to their designated place at shift end.
