Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a housekeeping team member to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. You will assist guests, transport items, and support safety and cleanliness across the resort.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training is provided, with a focus on guest satisfaction and aloha service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transport of items and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Clean and maintain mirrors, windows, floors, and surfaces per standards.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory control in linen and storage areas.
• Adhere to schedules and safety guidelines; promote the Aloha Spirit.
• Attend meetings and maintain positive working relationships.
