Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resort property units and support guest satisfaction. You will follow the company mission, meet quality and timeliness standards, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, reliability, and a strong work ethic with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for inventory and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort unit areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Strip and replace linens, remove trash, and report maintenance issues.
• Report damaged carpets, drapes, furniture and missing inventory to supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed and attend training sessions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and turn units on time.
