MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and inviting resort units, ensuring timely turnover and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes adherence to our mission and values while following established standards for quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities include cleaning a variety of spaces, reporting issues promptly, and maintaining safe, efficient operations. The position requires physical stamina and a commitment to excellence in hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and change behavior.
• Work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Attend training sessions and perform practical application of training.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
