Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and timeliness across resort property units. You will follow the company mission, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction, while handling routine cleaning tasks and reporting issues.

Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, have basic reading/writing and math abilities, and be reliable with irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Personal timeliness and promptness with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged or stained items to supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining storage closets and inventory.
• Attend training sessions and apply learned procedures.
