MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and timeliness in resort unit cleaning. You will follow the company mission and ensure high standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; you must be able to lift 25 pounds and work irregular hours. Competitive pay, paid training, and a full benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Personal timeliness; be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness; strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt; willingness to change.
• Work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and apply training.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
