Equity Lifestyle Properties in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals, and to maintain shared spaces to our high standards. You will also assist with guest-related needs and support maintenance staff as required.

The role requires 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work weekends and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas, models, cabins and rentals as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Support resort-sponsored guest activities and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies if needed.
• Collaborate with management to ensure team coordination and open communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members.
