Job summary

Bristol Mountain in Town of Canandaigua, NY is seeking friendly staff to assist guests with resort policies, operate the POS system, and provide excellent customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle transactions accurately, and help create memorable mountain experiences for visitors. Weekend and evening availability is required to support peak times and special events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
• Ability to accurately complete transactions using POS system
• Knowledge of snow sports preferred
• Prior cash handling experience
• Able to handle stress and remain composed both with guests and staff
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
