Job summary

Prince Resorts Hawaii Inc. is seeking a MK Front Office Guest Services Manager to lead Beach, Front Office and Housekeeping operations at Mauna Kea. You will build strong guest relationships, coach staff and coordinate across departments to deliver outstanding service.

The role focuses on policy development, SOP adherence, and training to elevate the guest experience while managing labor and operating costs within a resort setting.

Qualifications

• 4 year college or equivalent in related work experience.
• 6 years related work experience.
• Skills to effectively supervise and manage the department and meet goals.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complaints promptly.
• Complete training to respond to emergencies, CPR/First Aid, First Responder, preferred.
• Driver’s License, preferred.
• Must be pleasant, friendly and smiling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, residential guests and club members to enhance the Mauna Kea guest experience.
• Ensure all areas operate according to SOPs with focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Coordinate amenities and activities across departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach and supervise staff during MOD shifts and manage staffing and payroll considerations.
• Attend department and resort management meetings and support cost control efforts.
