Mauna Kea Resort is seeking an MK Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper, manage staffing levels, training, and payroll, and help prepare the annual operating budget in collaboration with finance.

In this role you will ensure safety standards, vendor coordination, and adherence to company policies and CBAs.

Qualifications

• Three years or more work related experience.
• Skills to effectively supervisor and manage the department and meet goals.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and CIP budget.
• Assist in establishing department policies, procedures and standards.
• Supervise and train Housekeeping Managers
• Oversee the daily operation of the department to insure that quality and service standards are met.
• Manage department following company policies, procedures and terms and conditions of the CBA.
• Manage/schedule department staffing levels based on occupancy and budgetary guidelines.
• Hire, train, evaluate, counsel and discipline department staff.
• Review, approve and verify department payroll.
