Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate for Sands of Kahana and Kahana Beach to engage prospective and current owners, present our value, and schedule sales previews.

The role includes meeting with guests, screening prospects, and coordinating reservations in a fast-paced resort environment. Hourly compensation starts at $16.50 with potential commissions and bonuses, targeting total earnings of $50,000–$65,000 in the first year, inclusive of all pay components and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies and standards.
• Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and set up sales-tour reservations.
• Collect required deposits and coordinate with resort staff for a smooth presentation process.
